When culture works, performance follows.
Our mission:
We believe a ‘People First’ culture works. Businesses with strong cultures grow faster, retain talent longer, and outperform their competitors. When people feel valued, supported, and connected to a shared purpose, they show up with more energy, better ideas, and a commitment to results.
At ÖKA, we help you align culture and performance so your people and your business, can thrive.
Our principles
We’re not here to drop in and deliver a generic programme. We work alongside you to co-create change that lasts.
Connect.
We start by listening and building trust, understanding your people, challenges, and aspirations.
Co-create.
We design solutions with you, not for you,
ensuring ownership and momentum.
Believe.
We believe in your potential, and help you build belief in what’s possible for your culture, your people, and your business.
The people behind the name.

Founder
I care about doing work that actually makes a difference, not just in theory, but in the real world, where people are stretched, systems are messy, and change doesn’t come with a neat plan. I’m driven by values (not just metrics), and I’m at my best when I’m helping people find creative, practical ways forward that stick.
Whether I’m working with a team, a board, or an individual leader, I bring clarity, challenge, and curiosity. I love helping people see things differently, question what’s always been done, and reconnect with what really matters. For me, it’s all about shifting mindsets and behaviours in a way that lasts by creating the conditions for people and organisations to thrive in a world that keeps moving.
Before starting ÖKA People, I spent five years as a director leading the Organisational Effectiveness team within Deloitte’s UK Board Advisory practice — the only Big 4 team in the UK focused solely on supporting Boards and Executive Teams. During that time, I worked closely with a range of organisations to help the most senior leaders drive real change and build something that lasts.
I spent over 13 years, at the start of my career in and around the public sector, partnering with health and care organisations of all shapes and sizes — from regional systems to commissioning bodies and integrated care providers. What’s always driven me is a deep curiosity about people. How we connect. What shapes our decisions. And how culture, trust and emotion play a huge role in how we lead and work together.
I now focus on working with a broader range of companies and sectors. Specialising in culture, leadership and team effectiveness. Whether it’s helping leaders align culture, designing a team workshop or building a leadership programme from scratch, I care about creating space for honest conversation, shared purpose, and real impact.

I began my career in executive recruitment with Veredus before spending over 11 years in the NHS as an Organisational Development Practitioner, where I focused on shaping positive, high-performing workplace cultures. My work spanned leadership development, team effectiveness, employee engagement, and coaching — all with the aim of creating environments where people and organisations thrive.
At ÖKA, I now specialise in coaching individuals, senior leaders, executives, and teams to build cultures rooted in trust, clarity, and purpose. I help leaders navigate the complex demands of modern work — finding ways to lead with authenticity, inspire others, and foster resilience without sacrificing wellbeing or balance.
My approach is grounded in the belief that a thriving culture begins with the whole person — seeing beyond job titles and roles to reconnect individuals and teams with what truly drives them. Through this lens, I support organisations to unlock potential, deepen impact, and create workplaces where people want to contribute, grow, and succeed.
